Sometimes I wish…

Posted on 2009 06, 24 by dustin
  • I could be the president of the United States…only sometimes
  • The cost of living was not so high in America
  • That I could dress up homeless and just “see” how much $ I could make on the streets.
  • My wife and I could travel around the world and meet youth leaders around the world
  • The world would be motivated to end poverty by cutting back on wasteful consumer spending.
  • I lived in the mountains in a cabin on a lake
  • I lived in a beach house and read books for a living
  • That I could be an official ice cream taster for Coldstone Creamery.
  • Could be a quest on SNL, I think I would have a lot of fun.
  • I owned a Chic-fi-la, they do things right!
What do you sometimes wish for your life?

For all the ladies!

So I wanted to give a little shout out to a friend of mine. For all the women out there, my friend Amber Hill, has written a 12 day study on Ruth that is a must have! Ruth: the Reality of Redemption explores the characters, circumstances, and lessons contained within the pages of the Old Testament book of Ruth. The study goes deeper by examining how Ruth correlates with the New Testament and our lives today. Check it out!

Purchase Ruth: the Reality of Redemption HERE. Only $11!

Mixing things up!

Posted on 2009 06, 04 by dustin

So I want to mix things up in my world of music.  I want to be introduced to some new music. Something rockin’. Something clean. Something to love.  Something different.

Can you help me?

What bands should I download into my iTunes library?

Check out this sweet website for churches!
