A business leader walking alone

1:1 Owner coaching

Every decision, every payroll, every fire, it all lands on you. And the things that actually weigh on you are the ones you can't say to anyone at work.

Here is what I do

We meet privately and regularly. Not about running the business, about running your life well: your marriage, your kids, your faith, your health. Confidential, and always in your corner.

A short, practical guide to the five disconnects that drain leaders and businesses, and the first move to reconnect each one. Find the one costing you the most, and fix it this week.

Ways we can work together

Coaching grows the leader.
Consulting builds the business.

Start with what hurts most, or build over time. Coaching walks with you and your team. Consulting puts a proven process on the ground. Speaking brings the message to your whole room. Every path begins with one honest conversation, and every engagement is scoped to you.

About Dustin

Business is not about numbers.
It is about people.

Hey, my name is Dustin Dozier, and God has given me a heart for the business leader.

I am a pastor, but I have also carried real weight. For years I built the systems behind a growing, multi-site organization and the teams that ran it. And along the way I kept meeting the same person in a different chair. A business owner or executive carrying the weight of everything, doing well on the outside and running far closer to empty than anyone around them knew.

In a lot of ways it reminded me of the pressures of ministry. I knew that weight from the inside, so I was not guessing, and I could not walk past it. This became my heart. Not only to help influential leaders step back from the edge of burnout, but to reconnect them to who they were designed to be, so they can lead from a place that is healthy and life-giving instead of depleted.

Connection is crucial for the health of the leader.

My heart is to help business leaders get connected, first in their own life and faith, then with the people they lead, and then with the customers they serve. That is the work, from the leader's own soul, to the culture of the team, to the experience every customer feels.

The path I walk you

From Disconnection to Connection.

Disconnection

Isolation. Stress. Drift.

You are carrying it all, the decisions, the pressure, the people. And somewhere along the way you stopped being connected to the things that matter most.

The Leader

Personal leadership

We start with you. Private coaching on the things no one else sees, your marriage, your health, your faith, your capacity to lead without burning out.

The Team

Culture and training

Your people learn what great looks like and how to own it. We build the culture, the playbook, and the rhythm that keeps standards from slipping.

The Customer

An experience they feel

We design every moment your customer touches, from first impression to follow-up, so they feel something worth coming back for.

Connection

A business people don't leave

Connected leader. Connected team. Connected customer. That is the advantage, a business built on relationships people never want to walk away from.

Teams I have trained

Chick-fil-A
Coca-Cola
Ministry Brands
Southside Christian School

What leaders say

Leaders who stopped guessing.

For the first time in years, I have someone in my corner on the things that actually keep me up at night, not just the business stuff. I lead my team differently now because I am steadier at home. That changes everything.

Matt W.

Restaurant franchise

Dustin mapped out what our customers actually experience when they work with us, showed us exactly where we were losing repeat business, and built a follow-up system our team actually uses. Our customers stay with us longer now, and you can feel the difference.

Bryan G.

Industrial manufacturing

Dustin had a room of our leaders leaning in, then handed them something they could run with on Monday morning. Easily the best session we have booked.

The process · customer experience

See it. Fix it. Make it stick.

When we work on your customer experience, here is how it runs. Three steps, in order. The last one is the point: your team runs it after I leave.

PHASE 1

Weeks 1–3

See what your customers see

I become a secret shopper in your business. I experience it the way your customers do, across your busiest and slowest times. I pull your numbers on repeat visits and turnover, and I talk to the people on your front line.

Deliverable

The Gap Report. Every place you lose a customer or a good employee, in plain language, with the cost attached.

PHASE 2

Weeks 4–9

Build the experience

We design what a great experience looks like at every step, for both your customers and your new hires. Every moment gets an owner, a trigger, and a simple playbook your team can actually follow.

Deliverable

The Experience System. One page per moment, owned by a person, not a department.

PHASE 3

Weeks 10–13

Train your team to own it

I train your managers and your frontline staff to run the system without me. We set the scorecard and the weekly rhythm that keeps standards from slipping. Then I get out of the way.

Deliverable

A trained team and a live scorecard. Most consultants sell dependence. I sell an exit.

What changes

The shift you are actually paying for.

This is not about working harder. It is about getting connected, and here is what that changes.

You, the leader

Carrying it all, running on empty, with no one to talk to.

Grounded in your faith and family, steady with your team, and no longer carrying it alone.

Your team

People clock in. Nobody owns the experience.

A team that takes ownership and cares on purpose.

Your customers

They try you once and never come back.

Regulars who feel something worth returning for.

Your growth

Growth that quietly costs your health, family, and faith.

Growth without losing what matters most.

Questions

Questions leaders ask.

The honest answers, before you ever pick up the phone.

What does this cost?

It depends on the path and the scope of your situation. Coaching runs as a set program, consulting is scoped to your business, and speaking is a flat engagement fee. You will never get a surprise number. We talk it through on a discovery call and agree on the investment together before anything begins.

Do I have to be a person of faith for the coaching?

No. My coaching is faith-friendly, not faith-required. If faith is part of your life, we can bring it into the room. If it is not, we focus on the leadership, the relationships, and the decisions in front of you. You set that tone, not me.

How much of my time will this take?

Less than you fear, and it is built around your calendar. Coaching is one or two focused conversations a month, your choice. The customer experience and staff training work happens with your involvement and direction, on a timeframe we set together. The goal is to give you time back, not take more of it.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

Whatever works best for you. We can meet in person or over online video, so where you are is never the obstacle. For the customer experience and staff training work, we plan the onsite and virtual time together, around your schedule and your team.

Which path should I start with?

Start with what hurts most. If you are the bottleneck and carrying too much, start with the Connected Leader Method. If customers are quietly slipping away, start with a Connected Audit. If your leadership team is the gap, start with team coaching. On our first call we will name the one thing worth fixing first.

What makes you different from other business coaches?

Most coaches have either run something or studied it. I have actually built and scaled a large, multi-location organization, and I care as much about your marriage and your team as your margins. I do not sell dependence. I build systems and people that run without me, then I get out of the way.
