Dustin Dozier in a one-to-one coaching session with a business owner

For owners and executives of multi-million dollar companies

You lead everyone else.
Who is leading you?

Stop leading alone. Start leading connected, with a trusted partner by your side.

The disconnect

You already know something is off.

You have focused so much on the business — the growth, the profit, the hiring, the expansion. But what about you?

Things owners have said to me in the first ten minutes

  • Everyone comes to me with problems, but who do I go to?
  • I am disconnected at home. My wife and kids get whatever is left.
  • I am successful on paper and running on empty in private.
  • I have not taken a real week off in years.
  • Nobody in my life tells me the truth any more.
  • I am the most tired person in a company that is doing well.

If two of those landed, that is the conversation.

You are not the exception

The weight is real, and it is not just you.

0%
of entrepreneurs are affected by mental-health concerns
0%
of CEOs report feeling lonely in the role
0%
of founders live with depression
0%
of lonely leaders say it hurts their performance

Why this exists

I kept meeting the same person in a different chair.

For years I built the systems behind a growing, multi-site organization, and the teams that ran it. And along the way, the same conversation kept happening.

A business owner carrying the weight of everything, doing well on the outside and running far closer to empty than anyone around them knew.

I had lived that disconnect myself — cut off from my own life first, and then from the people counting on me. It is never only a business problem.

My heart is to help business leaders get connected: first to their own life, then to the people they lead, then to the people they serve.

Dustin Dozier

Connection is your greatest advantage.

The framework

Three connections decide everything.

They run in order. Skip the first and the other two never hold.

01You

Connected Within

Your capacity, your health, your character. You set the ceiling for everything below you.

02Your people

Connected With

Clarity, ownership, and a culture that develops leaders instead of consuming them.

03Your customers

Connected Beyond

The experience they actually feel — designed and owned, not left to whoever is on shift.

What changes

The shift you are actually paying for.

This is not about working harder. It is about getting connected — and here is what that changes.

You
Carrying it all, running on empty, with no one to talk to.
Steady at home, steady with your team, no longer carrying it alone.
Your team
People clock in. Nobody owns the experience.
Leaders who take ownership and care on purpose.
Your customers
They try you once and never come back.
Regulars who feel something worth returning for.
Your growth
Growth that quietly costs your health and your family.
Growth without losing what you built it for.

The work

How six months runs.

  1. 01

    Connection Audit

Your baseline, and the one disconnect costing you most.

  2. 02

    Connected Within

Six sessions on your capacity, health and character.

  3. 03

    Connected With

Four sessions on the team you are building.

  4. 04

    Connected Beyond

The experience your customers never leave.

  5. 05

    Connected Rhythm

The rhythm that holds it after I am gone.

In their words

Leaders who stopped guessing.

For the first time in years, I have someone in my corner on the things that actually keep me up at night, not just the business stuff. I lead my team differently now because I am steadier at home. That changes everything.

Dustin mapped out what our customers actually experience, showed us exactly where we were losing repeat business, and built a follow-up system our team actually uses. Our customers stay with us longer now.

Dustin had a room of our leaders leaning in, then handed them something they could run with on Monday morning. Easily the best session we have booked.

Fit

This is not for everyone.

I take six leaders a year, so the fit has to be right for both of us.

This is for you if

  • You own or run a multi-million dollar company and you are still the bottleneck.
  • You have a leadership team that is not yet carrying what it should.
  • You would rather hear the truth than be managed.
  • You are willing to look at your own life as part of the business problem.

This is not for you if

  • You want a tactician to fix a funnel or a comp plan.
  • You want someone who will agree with you.
  • You want the company fixed without anything changing in how you lead it.

Before you ask

Questions leaders ask.

The honest answers, before you ever pick up the phone.

What does this cost?

Coaching partnerships begin at $1,250 a month, and consulting engagements begin at $10,000. Where you land inside that depends on scope, and we agree it together on the call before anything starts. A 50% deposit secures your place, with the balance at the midpoint.

How much of my time will this take?

Less than you fear, and it is built around your calendar — one or two focused conversations a month, your choice. The goal is to give you time back, not take more of it.

I have worked with a coach before and it was fluff.

Then you already know the difference between a conversation and a system. Every session here ends with one specific action, your scorecard is re-scored every month, and you leave with a ninety-day plan you run without me.

What makes you different from other business coaches?

Most coaches have either run something or studied it. I have built and scaled a large, multi-location organization, and I care as much about your marriage and your team as your margins. I do not sell dependence.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

Whatever works best for you. We meet in person or over video, so where you are is never the obstacle.

Not ready for a call?

Start with the five disconnects.

A short field guide to the five things quietly draining leaders and the businesses they run — and the first move to fix each one. Read it, use it, and book a call only if it lands.

No spam. Just the guide.

Coaching grows the leader. Consulting builds the business.
